		<description>I too really struggle with mood swings and grumpiness. The worst thing is I take it out on the people who are closest to me. Thats such a horrible thing to do to people you love.

I am trying to figure out ways to stop it before it really messes up my relationships with people.</description>

@Bakari - Thanks for the thoughts.  Sometimes I find i need to go out and be sociable and to let go of the little irritations I&#039;ve felt by having a laugh with some mates :)

		<description>One of the things I do when I recognize that I am in a bad mood is  to withdraw from interacting with people (if possible) until I can figure out what my source of irritation is. 

Or, I will work out. That usually will relax me.</description>
